Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote (US). If the employee lives within a 30-minute commute from an hirify.global office, a 3-day per week in-office hybrid schedule is required.

Salary: $87,500 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead product discovery, prototyping, and validation of solutions in close collaboration with UX designers.
• Serve as the voice of the customer by conducting interviews and usability tests to resolve real customer pain points.
• Define KPIs and leverage performance metrics to track feature success and inform continuous product refinements.
• Manage the product backlog and refine feature specifications within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise/commercial product management, specifically within B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in Compliance or Risk Management software.
• Exposure to AI-driven insights, machine learning, or automation in product development.
• Experience with user behavior analytics tools like Pendo, Amplitude, or FullStory.
• Background in cloud-based solutions and enterprise third-party API integrations.
