Senior Product Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for Dispatch, Driver Mobile, and Routing, translating workflows into prioritized features.
• Drive the development of a route optimization engine, including constraint handling and dispatcher-facing UX.
• Lead product development for the driver mobile app, focusing on stop workflows and GPS-based automation.
• Manage the dispatch product surface area to ensure real-time visibility and confident order execution.
• Define the integration strategy for telematics, geofencing, camera systems, and scale hardware providers.
• Conduct ongoing customer discovery through shadowing and interviews with dispatchers and drivers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in operations, logistics, or field service software.
• Proven track record of shipping mobile apps specifically designed for drivers or field workers.
• Technical fluency in API architecture, real-time data systems, and third-party integrations.
• Ability to write precise, detailed PRDs and synthesize ambiguous problems into engineering tasks.
• BA/BS degree required; background in engineering or logistics is a strong plus.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in waste management, logistics, or municipal services.
• Knowledge of video telematics or AI dashcam integrations and camera event APIs.
• Familiarity with route optimization engine tuning and multi-variable optimization.
• Experience with GPS/geofencing systems and location-based mobile UX patterns.
