Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 + 15% Annual Bonus

What you will do

• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead continuous product and market discovery through customer research, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Own product packaging, pricing, and positioning strategies, including monetization models for AI features.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-impact solutions and manage the product lifecycle.
• Drive go-to-market execution in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a culture of learning and impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience building and scaling SaaS and AI-driven products.
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered or ML-driven product features.
• Strong product strategy and discovery skills, including hypothesis-driven development.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (current or future).
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in nonprofit technology, fundraising, payments, or engagement platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree.
