What you will do

• Support monthly financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis across assigned programs.
• Assist with revenue, backlog, funding, and labor reporting.
• Monitor program performance against budget, forecast, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain financial data within ERP and reporting systems.
• Partner with program managers, finance, contracts, and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support audit requests and maintain organized financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 0-2 years of experience in program control, financial analysis, or accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Internship or academic experience in finance or data analysis.
• Exposure to government contracting or project-based financial environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
