Network/System Administrator (Net/Sys Admin) III (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite in Bedford, Massachusetts, United States. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required; candidates must be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph. Travel required: 10–25%.

Salary: $107,744–$140,760 per year, depending on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

What you will do

• Organize, install, operate, and support LAN, WAN, intranet, network segment, server, and data communication environments.
• Lead day-to-day IT network operations and implement capabilities approved by cybersecurity, ISSE, and higher headquarters.
• Manage security monitoring tools, SIEM integrations, event alarms, rules, reports, and continuous monitoring processes.
• Support security assessments of servers, network devices, security appliances, and emerging cybersecurity tools.
• Create operations and maintenance checklists, TTPs, and SOPs for recurring service operations.
• Participate in cybersecurity operations, incident response, risk analysis, and integration of improved security techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of SAP experience required; no exceptions.
• 5+ years of related experience and advanced competency in network, systems, or cybersecurity administration.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start; ability to attain TS/SCI with CI polygraph required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, an associate degree plus two years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• IAT Level III certification, such as CISSP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, or CISA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, RHEL, Exchange Server, Group Policy, Cisco networking, firewalls, virtualization, LAN/WAN, and backup technologies.
• Experience with SIEM, LogRhythm, ACAS/Nessus/SCAP, WSUS, YUM, vulnerability assessment, and forensic analysis.
• Knowledge of COMSEC, DoD policy, RMF, Common Criteria, system security policy, and PL2–PL4 environments.
