Location: In-office, 5 days/week in Montreal, QC

What you will do
- Handle approximately 60 inbound calls daily to qualify leads from website, marketing, and partner channels.
- Quickly convert inbound interest into booked meetings for Account Executives to maintain momentum.
- Analyze prospect needs through targeted questioning to ensure correct matching with Account Executives.
- Maintain a clean pipeline in Salesforce and manage follow-ups independently.
- Collaborate with Marketing and AEs to refine lead scoring and identify high-quality lead markers.
Requirements
- Experience in fast-paced, people-facing roles such as inside sales, customer success, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong listening skills to identify prospect needs beyond a standard script.
- Polished written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven ability to own pipeline and hit performance numbers without prompting.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Nooks.
- Background in B2B or SaaS sales.
