Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) — requires office attendance 3x a week

Salary: CAD 57,000 - 60,000 + 15% commission

What you will do

  • Identify and engage new national partners through structured outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct initial discovery to assess partner fit, business needs, and potential opportunity size.
  • Consistently generate qualified meetings to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage accurate records and provide structured handoffs to Key Account Managers using Salesforce.
  • Research high-potential accounts, focusing on multi-location and franchise opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding and activation process for new partners to ensure successful rollout.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound prospecting using structured cadences.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM with disciplined activity tracking.
  • Ability to operate in a high-activity environment driven by performance metrics.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to support the hybrid office model.

Nice to have

  • Experience in food, hospitality, retail, or multi-location business environments.
  • Exposure to value-based selling or MEDDICC frameworks.
  • Basic data analysis skills to interpret outreach and partner performance.
