What you will do
- Lead and manage multiple Team Leads and their SDR teams across regions to ensure consistent performance.
- Own the global SDR pipeline strategy and drive alignment with Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Provide hands-on coaching, including call reviews, cadence modeling, and professional development.
- Establish and track clear KPIs, performance metrics, and deliver regular performance reviews.
- Identify and implement improvements in processes, tools, and strategies to increase efficiency.
- Ensure accurate Salesforce lead management, reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct management experience leading SDR/BDR teams in SaaS or high-tech companies.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding team pipeline generation targets.
- Strong expertise with sales tools including Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure and optimize team performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
