What you will do

• Architect, design, and implement Linux BSP and userspace tools for automated test equipment.
• Collaborate with hardware and systems engineering teams to refine requirements and define hardware interfaces.
• Develop scalable, high-performance, and maintainable code for embedded systems.
• Build and maintain automated deployment and testing systems.
• Debug complex system-level issues involving software, hardware, and OS interactions.
• Perform lab validation and verification of embedded software components.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in C and C++ coding, plus scripting languages like Python or bash.
• Strong experience with Embedded Linux BSP development, including devicetrees, u-boot, and kernel configuration.
• Familiarity with hardware protocols such as I2C, SPI, PCIe, Ethernet, and USB.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Agoura Hills, CA office.
• BS degree in a relevant technical field from a top university.

Nice to have

• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Proficiency in C# and Windows development environments.
