What you will do
- Serve as lead point of contact for assigned client projects and manage internal team communications on status and information.
- Coordinate pitch presentations and requests for proposals, supporting new business initiatives and organic growth opportunities.
- Drive daily project execution by managing scope, scope changes, timelines, milestones, and potential roadblocks within budgets.
- Plan and coordinate content planning meetings with key content experts and maintain daily client contact with client contact reports and next steps.
- Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory review to ensure promotional items meet medical/regulatory/legal compliance; contribute to proposals, budgets, reconciliations, and monitor direct/labor costs and out-of-scope items/hours.
- Support financial and forecasting reporting preparation.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- Pharmaceutical agency experience with at least 2 years combined experience in Accounts and Project Management.
- Experience with direct client contact.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel enabled (up to 5% expected).
Nice to have
- Communications experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical.
- Pharmaceutical experience including the MLR (medical-legal-regulatory) review process.
- Experience writing SOWs and project briefs.
- Hands-on experience with clients’ online submission systems (e.g., Zinc or Veeva) for medical-legal/regulatory reviews.
- Pharmaceutical drug launch experience.
