What you will do

• Translate clinical and operational processes into technical configurations within proprietary tools.
• Execute configurations for forms, automations, and tasking systems in collaboration with service designers.
• Build structured documentation systems with conditional logic for clean data capture.
• Investigate bugs, educate users on system logic, and maintain existing configurations.
• Define best practices and address technical debt to ensure the platform scales effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, product design, or technical implementation roles.
• Ability to read, debug, and write simple code and a strong understanding of web applications.
• Analytical approach to data models, edge cases, and implementation impacts.
• Strong detail orientation and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US
