What you will do

• Direct overall project activities and coordinate project operations in line with programs and objectives.
• Define business scopes and services; evaluate organizational performance and identify cost-cutting and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee corporate planning and budgetary activities, including production schedules and performance measurement.
• Lead proposal support: estimate submittals, reviews, and client presentations; review and explain contracts and estimates.
• Analyze schedules and budgets before pre-construction meetings; review and approve project estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
• Run project status meetings, use data for business decisions, and support employee development and performance guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive maintenance operations leadership experience (or equivalent education and experience).
• Extensive knowledge of lump-sum turnkey and cost reimbursable project activities.
• Proven management record across multi-project programs (500 to 1500+ personnel).
• Strong communication skills across site management, C-suite executives, and clients; ability to build stakeholder networks and trust.
• Willingness to travel.
