Supplier Management Analyst

Supplier Management Analyst: Supporting the Supplier Relationship Management Program by assessing complex supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with internal frameworks. Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Analyze supplier risk assessment responses to validate controls and identify potential risks.
• Engage with suppliers and business partners to build and oversee risk remediation plans.
• Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to review supplier information and develop action plans.
• Provide recommendations to business partners and executives regarding supplier performance and risk issues.
• Compile periodic reports on program initiatives and assessment status for senior management.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Technology teams to segment suppliers into risk tiers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in supplier relationship management, supplier risk management, or audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Decision Analysis.
• Hands-on experience reviewing policies, procedures, and independent audits.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret detailed business information into transparent conclusions and recommendations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
