What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end procurement delivery for assigned material categories from project award through final site delivery.
  • Manage a team of buyers and expeditors, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement.
  • Align procurement activities with construction schedules, engineering readiness, and critical path awareness.
  • Manage the PO lifecycle, including cut sheet routing, legal review coordination, and delivery schedule management.
  • Administer BOM intake, revision control, and engineering workflows using Procore.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project delivery, procurement, or project engineering within utility-scale energy, heavy civil, or industrial construction.
  • 2 to 3 years of leadership experience managing teams.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Avon, MN on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience managing long-lead material procurement on EPC projects.
  • Ability to travel 15–25% to project sites and supplier facilities.
