What you will do

• Lead the expansion roadmap and portfolio optimization for over 200 sites, including site diligence and business-case development.
• Manage end-to-end physical execution of new sites, including permitting, build-out, and equipment procurement.
• Establish and enforce maintenance strategy standards and service level agreements across all location formats.
• Govern capital project prioritization and maintain a transparent backlog of risk-reducing initiatives.
• Build and manage a vendor ecosystem, leading sourcing events and contract negotiations to reduce cost and complexity.
• Oversee day-to-day lease administration and monitor landlord obligations in partnership with real estate providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities/Construction Management, or Supply Chain with 7+ years of experience, or 12+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in multi-site facilities management and procurement.
• Strong vendor management skills, including experience with national programs and local partner networks.
• Ability to manage capital and operating budgets for buildings and equipment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
