What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners to foster long-term strategic relationships.
• Develop and automate repeatable processes to support scalable and profitable partner operations.
• Monitor and report on partner performance, pipeline, and key opportunities using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute plans that grow market share through channel activities.
• Host regular meetings to share best practices, align on initiatives, and address partner feedback.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and value expansion within the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales Management.
• Proven ability to manage and report using dashboards and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
