What you will do
- Serve as a strategic business partner to clients, delivering strong ROI business cases.
- Take ownership of contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers to demonstrate product value and address evolving client needs.
- Work with Professional Services to ensure successful product adoption and utilization.
- Proactively identify account growth opportunities using market insights and industry trends.
- Manage relationships with multiple client accounts simultaneously to ensure long-term partnership success.
Requirements
- Must be based in Copenhagen or willing to work from the office.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role selling complex software.
- Strong background in post-sales activities, including renewals and upselling.
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong business acumen with a result-driven mindset and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience or knowledge of the retail industry.
- Fluency in any Scandinavian/Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
