What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to clients, delivering strong ROI business cases.
  • Take ownership of contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to demonstrate product value and address evolving client needs.
  • Work with Professional Services to ensure successful product adoption and utilization.
  • Proactively identify account growth opportunities using market insights and industry trends.
  • Manage relationships with multiple client accounts simultaneously to ensure long-term partnership success.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Copenhagen or willing to work from the office.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role selling complex software.
  • Strong background in post-sales activities, including renewals and upselling.
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong business acumen with a result-driven mindset and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience or knowledge of the retail industry.
  • Fluency in any Scandinavian/Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
