Location: Remote in the Netherlands, Ireland, or Estonia, or as a contractor in Denmark or Belgium.

What you will do
- Nurture existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and cloud vendor teams.
- Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders.
- Manage customer support escalations to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews and track project timelines and spending.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align product development with customer feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management within the EMEA market.
- 2+ years of experience at a technology company (SaaS, SI, or Cloud Vendor).
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure ecosystems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Technical proficiency to engage productively with engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Cloud Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader).
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French).
