TL;DR

Account Manager, EMEA (Belgium) (Cloud): Nurturing relationships with existing cloud-driven organizations and coordinating with cloud vendors to drive growth and ensure customer retention with an accent on multicloud ecosystems. Focus on negotiating long-term commitments, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and managing high-level customer escalations.

Location: Remote in the Netherlands, Ireland, or Estonia, or as a contractor in Denmark or Belgium.

What you will do

  • Nurture existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and cloud vendor teams.
  • Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders.
  • Manage customer support escalations to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and track project timelines and spending.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align product development with customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management within the EMEA market.
  • 2+ years of experience at a technology company (SaaS, SI, or Cloud Vendor).
  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure ecosystems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Technical proficiency to engage productively with engineering teams.

Nice to have

  • Cloud Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader).
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French).
