What you will do

• Assist the Foreign Disclosure Office in evaluating policies affecting the release of sensitive information.
• Process international program licenses and track case status.
• Review documents across security enclaves to ensure they are releasable to foreign customers.
• Maintain document trackers and manage the review queue.
• Upload documentation into the NAVAIR 7.4 Security Storefront.
• Coordinate with document owners regarding corrections or sanitization needs.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required
• Must be based in Patuxent River, MD
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• High level of initiative and positive attitude.

Nice to have

• HS Diploma and 1 year of professional experience in Foreign Disclosure, FMS cases, or export/import logistics.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Knowledge of DoD program acquisition for military aircraft.
