TL;DR
Document Management Analyst II (Litigation Support/Data Analysis): Reviewing and organizing electronic evidence for federal civil investigations and litigation with an accent on document analysis, data mining, database queries, and litigation support. Focus on identifying potential violations, preparing investigative materials and data visualizations, and coordinating with attorneys, investigators, consultants, and expert witnesses.
Location: Brooklyn, New York, United States; full-time on-site
Salary: $48,000–$52,000 per year

What you will do
- Draft investigatory subpoenas and discovery requests.
- Review and analyze documents and electronic evidence using platforms such as Relativity.
- Research, collect, organize, and analyze investigation and litigation data.
- Create databases, complex queries, metrics, reports, PowerPoint presentations, and data visualizations.
- Assist with witness interviews, depositions, attorney presentations, meetings, and court proceedings.
- Coordinate with investigators, consultants, expert witnesses, Assistant U.S. Attorneys, and legal support staff.
Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Must be eligible to receive a federal security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Legal experience is a plus; familiarity with DOJ processes and systems is a plus.
