Location: Hybrid: Must commute to Cambridge, MA; Norwalk, CT; or Miami, FL offices 3 times per week.
Salary: $185,000 - $205,000

What you will do
- Define and lead the lifecycle marketing strategy across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Own the app acquisition strategy to drive high-quality installs and long-term user engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize programs and provide strategic recommendations to product and engineering teams.
- Build and refine segmentation and personalization frameworks to improve user retention and re-engagement.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing CRM and growth marketing team.
- Track and report key metrics including retention, conversion, LTV, and CPA.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or mobile app marketing.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing engagement and acquisition programs at scale.
- Deep expertise in CRM channels (email, push) and mobile app ecosystems.
- Experience with MarTech tools such as Braze, Iterable, Leanplum, Airship, Adjust, or AppsFlyer.
- Proven experience building and leading CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, or consumer technology.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for lifecycle programs.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple markets.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and their impact on mobile attribution.
