What you will do
- Execute market-specific sales plans to drive broker production and engagement.
- Analyze performance reports to develop actionable strategies for increasing sales.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agencies to promote the brand.
- Manage a designated territory and report daily activities to ensure alignment with regional goals.
- Ensure full compliance with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Must be located in Nebraska or Iowa
- Active State Health Insurance License in good standing.
- Unrestricted driver's license for required travel.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics and marketing strategy.
- Ability to adapt to change and work independently as a self-starter.
