What you will do

  • Execute proactive sales campaigns and daily calls to new and existing representatives to find selling opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing relationships to drive repeat production.
  • Conduct prospecting calls and qualify leads for External Wholesalers.
  • Act as a product expert, providing education on features and benefits while comparing products against competition.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with External Wholesalers to maximize territory growth.
  • Maintain accurate representative profile information and sales activity within company databases.

Requirements

  • Required certifications: Series 6, Series 63, and Life & Health license.
  • Location: Must be based in the United States.
  • Prior experience in insurance or investment sales is recommended.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Strong professional oral and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and challenging environment.
