Dispatch Agent (Logistics)

Location: Zhytomyr, Ukraine; working hours are 16:00–01:00 Kyiv time (EEST)

hirify.global operates a global marketplace for used and salvaged vehicle auctions, coordinating vehicle purchases, bidding, and delivery.

What you will do

• Coordinate with drivers across the US to arrange vehicle pick-ups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipping details, driver schedules, and customer interaction records in the company database.
• Keep Customer Support informed about shipping status, delays, and emerging issues.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping routes and delivery schedules.
• Manage emergency shipping situations and coordinate satisfactory solutions with drivers and customers.
• Answer inquiries about car shipping processes, policies, and pricing.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Detail-oriented approach and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Russian.
