is a fast-growing online marketplace specializing in used and salvaged vehicle auctions with a global logistics network.
What you will do
- Address and resolve car shipping issues for customers professionally.
- Coordinate with US-based drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
- Communicate shipping statuses and delays to the Customer Support Team.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping details and driver interactions.
- Manage emergency logistics situations to find satisfactory solutions.
Requirements
- English proficiency required
- Working hours: 15:00 CET - 00:00 CET
- Must work from the office
- Employment via B2B contract only
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Russian
