Dispatcher (Truck Dispatch)

Location: Remote, with work locations in Belgrade, Skopje, Nis, Novi Sad, or Lviv. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM EST.

What you will do

• Plan and dispatch assigned trucks across the U.S. operating network.
• Build daily and weekly plans to maximize truck utilization, revenue, and profitability.
• Find, negotiate, and book freight through load boards, brokers, customers, and other resources.
• Pre-plan trucks, manage driver schedules and available hours, and provide pickup, delivery, routing, and load information.
• Monitor shipments, proactively manage delays and service risks, and communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers.
• Maintain accurate operational data and coordinate issue resolution with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, and other departments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on U.S. trucking dispatch experience.
• Experience managing multiple trucks and drivers simultaneously.
• Experience finding, negotiating, and booking freight.
• Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, or comparable load-board platforms.
• Knowledge of U.S. geography and freight lanes, especially the Midwest and Southeast, including RPM, deadhead, utilization, driver hours, and freight-market conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication. Strong organization, problem-solving, rate-negotiation, accountability, and decision-making skills are required.
