Logistics Coordinator / Freight Brokerage Representative

Location: Remote or office-based in Belgrade, Nis, or Novi Sad, Serbia, or Lviv, Ukraine. Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00 CST.

What you will do

• Communicate with carriers and drivers about load updates, pickup and delivery appointments, and estimated arrival times.
• Track and trace shipments throughout transit.
• Assist with carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and load booking.
• Provide customers with timely updates and resolve transportation issues.
• Manage emails, update the transportation management system, and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Support general freight brokerage operations as needed.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with a U.S.-based freight brokerage or trucking company is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with DAT and transportation management systems.
