Supply Chain Officer

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine. Full-time, office-based position; hybrid work may be considered under IRC policy and operational requirements. Periodic travel to field locations may be required. Open to Ukrainian citizens only.

Salary: 68,600 UAH gross per month

What you will do

• Manage incoming assets and equipment, including custody records, allocation, storage, maintenance, transfers, reconciliation, repair, and disposal.
• Coordinate registration, documentation, customs clearance, and reporting for incoming humanitarian cargo.
• Maintain contract registers, indexed archives, and supporting documentation in line with retention and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and track recurring administrative payments, invoices, acceptance certificates, AP vouchers, and guest house payment records.
• Record goods and services receipts against purchase orders in Integra and complete month-end receiving activities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Administration, IT, People and Culture, Programs, field offices, carriers, and service providers.

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in asset management, logistics, supply chain operations, or administrative and finance process support.
• Experience with ERP systems and accurate data entry and reporting; Integra or Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is advantageous.
• Experience with asset custody and lifecycle tracking, contract registers, archives, recurring payments, AP vouchers, or month-end finance processes.
• Strong coordination, planning, documentation, compliance, and stakeholder-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and working knowledge of English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with an INGO, UN agency, or similar organization.
• Knowledge of humanitarian cargo documentation and Ukrainian registration or customs requirements.
• Experience supporting humanitarian logistics and clearance processes.
