Procurement Manager (IT)

Location: Remote in Ukraine or Cyprus

What you will do

• Develop and execute global procurement strategies and oversee purchasing activities for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiations, renewals, and terminations, while ensuring favorable commercial terms and effective risk management.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, tender processes, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
• Advise internal stakeholders on supplier selection, commercial decisions, and purchasing strategies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize supplier spend, and improve supplier management.
• Drive procurement process, system, and workflow improvements, including hands-on configuration and optimization of Jira and ERP systems.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in international or multinational companies, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
• Strong background in IT procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems such as Workday, SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Understanding of procurement compliance and risk management.
• Excellent team management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead change initiatives.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP.
• Additional language skills.
