What you will do
- Analyze transportation costs and extra charges to verify freight data accuracy.
- Review new rate books and maintain current global shipping information.
- Create, test, and approve digital agreements in specialized systems.
- Use the Transporeon web platform to communicate with customers and resolve rate issues.
- Collaborate with international teams on shipping agreement questions.
Requirements
- English: upper-intermediate level in written and spoken communication.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers.
- Advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira.
- General knowledge of logistics or transportation.
