What you will do

• Analyze transportation costs and extra charges to ensure freight data accuracy.
• Review new rate books and maintain up-to-date global shipping information.
• Create, test, and approve digital agreements in specialized systems.
• Use the Transporeon web platform to communicate with customers and resolve rate issues.
• Collaborate with international teams on shipping agreement questions.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
• Advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Previous experience using Jira.
• General knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry.
