TL;DR

VP of RevOps & Enablement (HR Tech): Building and optimizing a global revenue engine for a high-growth HR SaaS platform with an accent on strategic alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Focus on architecting scalable GTM processes, leveraging AI for productivity, and driving forecasting accuracy.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the NY metro area and attend the New York office at least twice per week.

Salary: $220,000 - $290,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own global sales planning, including territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
  • Partner with the CRO and Finance to improve forecasting, pipeline health, and revenue predictability.
  • Optimize the end-to-end sales funnel and drive CRM (Salesforce) excellence in data quality and workflows.
  • Define and execute a global enablement strategy, overseeing onboarding and continuous leadership development.
  • Manage the GTM tech stack and lead the integration of AI-driven tools for forecasting and automation.
  • Define and track core GTM metrics such as CAC, ACV, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations/RevOps, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a mid-market or enterprise focus.
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tech stacks.
  • Experience working in global, multi-region environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR Tech or SaaS scale-ups.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for sales productivity and forecasting.
  • Background in consulting, finance, or analytics.
  • Experience supporting PLG + Sales-led hybrid models.
