Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Düsseldorf, Germany. The role is hybrid with up to 2 days of remote work per week.

What you will do
- Drive end-to-end C&B strategy including pay range design and total rewards frameworks.
- Lead the annual salary review process in partnership with Business Partners and leadership.
- Evolve job and reward architecture to stay ahead of market shifts and skill-based pay trends.
- Design and refine short-term incentive and RSU frameworks.
- Navigate AI-shaped compensation landscapes, including benchmarking emerging roles and valuing AI-driven impact.
- Provide proactive analysis and clear recommendations to the Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Solid expertise in compensation and benefits, including benchmarking and incentive design.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget modeling and pay equity analysis.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation, specifically the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Ability to own compensation topics end-to-end and communicate complex data clearly.
- Genuine curiosity about the future of work, AI, and skills-based pay.
- Must be eligible to work in Germany or willing to relocate with provided visa support.
