TL;DR

Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager: Shaping the total rewards strategy and job architecture for a global travel platform with an accent on pay equity, incentive design, and navigating AI-driven compensation landscapes. Focus on building a caring performance culture, analyzing market data, and ensuring compliance with EU regulations.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Düsseldorf, Germany. The role is hybrid with up to 2 days of remote work per week.

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end C&B strategy including pay range design and total rewards frameworks.
  • Lead the annual salary review process in partnership with Business Partners and leadership.
  • Evolve job and reward architecture to stay ahead of market shifts and skill-based pay trends.
  • Design and refine short-term incentive and RSU frameworks.
  • Navigate AI-shaped compensation landscapes, including benchmarking emerging roles and valuing AI-driven impact.
  • Provide proactive analysis and clear recommendations to the Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • Solid expertise in compensation and benefits, including benchmarking and incentive design.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in budget modeling and pay equity analysis.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation, specifically the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Ability to own compensation topics end-to-end and communicate complex data clearly.
  • Genuine curiosity about the future of work, AI, and skills-based pay.
  • Must be eligible to work in Germany or willing to relocate with provided visa support.
