TL;DR

Intern Business Development People (HR): Supporting strategic People & Culture initiatives and operational HR projects with an accent on process optimization, data analysis, and stakeholder communication. Focus on driving key improvement initiatives in alignment with the Chief People Officer and gaining hands-on experience in a high-performance environment.

Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office).

• Collaborate on HR projects and take ownership of sub-projects such as training facilitation and process documentation.
• Participate in the identification, implementation, and standardization of global HR processes and change management initiatives.
• Prepare communication materials, presentations, and guidance documents for senior-level stakeholders.
• Support the creation and monitoring of HR KPIs to derive actionable insights.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses, reports, and trend research to support current HR developments.

Требования

• Must be based in Munich for the duration of the 6-month internship.
• Degree in business administration, management, psychology, or a comparable field.
• German and English proficiency: C1 level required in both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
