TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Germany) - Office presence required three times a week

hirify.global is a global technology company specializing in the delivery of restaurant food and various other goods across hundreds of cities worldwide.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for hirify.global couriers across Germany.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, and leave management.
  • Ensure strict compliance by managing and auditing personnel-related documents.
  • Maintain high data integrity within HR systems and collaborate closely with Payroll.
  • Leverage AI tools to drive process improvements and automation in HR workflows.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or proven work experience in HR.
  • English: Fluent (C1) and German: B2 level or higher.
  • Basic understanding of GDPR and labor law.
  • Location: Must be based in Germany to meet hybrid office requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS or Workday platforms.

Nice to have

  • Interest in automation and experience with AI tools.
  • Proficiency in Zoom, DocuSign, Google Workspace, or Monday.com.
