What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end configuration and strategy for Workday Talent Management, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
• Mentor and lead a team of 4 expert Individual Contributors to ensure high system performance and data quality.
• Develop POCs and MVPs to demonstrate innovative process flows for Talent and Total Rewards.
• Champion the rollout of native Workday AI features and incorporate emerging HR tech trends.
• Partner with Senior Stakeholders and Brand CHROs to translate business requirements into technical reality.
• Drive global process harmonization to reduce complexity and technical debt.

Requirements

• 8+ years of deep Workday configuration experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Prior experience in Onsite Consulting.
• Expert-level knowledge of Workday Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Advanced Comp modules.
• Ability to explain complex technical architecture to non-technical executives with clarity.
