What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job advertisement creation, active sourcing, and conducting interviews.
• Coordinate the entire employee lifecycle, from initial onboarding to offboarding and staff appraisals.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations using Personio and ATS software, including personnel file administration.
• Implement internal and external employer branding initiatives and manage social media channels.
• Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and workshops.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding all HR-related topics.

Requirements

• University degree or apprenticeship, preferably in Human Resources.
• Several years of practical experience in HR roles.
• Good command of German and English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Wiesbaden, Germany.
• High level of empathy, social competence, and excellent communication skills.
