• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Draft and maintain employment contracts and HR-related documentation in compliance with legal standards.
• Maintain accurate employee files and master data within HR databases.
• Advise employees on HR-related inquiries and policies.
• Collaborate with the People & Organization team to refine and improve HR processes.
• Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Требования

• Completed apprenticeship or university degree in business administration or HR.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in People Operations or HR Management.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of labor law.
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Personio) and Microsoft Office.
• Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
