TL;DR

Contract Recruiter (Media/Tech): Leading full-cycle recruitment for News/Media or Digital Platforms and Ventures segments with an accent on sourcing top-tier talent in competitive markets. Focus on partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic talent acquisition and managing complex hiring pipelines across diverse professional disciplines.

Location: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the U.S. Role is available as Fully Remote or Hybrid (Orlando, FL; New York, NY or Englewood Cliffs, NJ).

Compensation: USD 45 - USD 60 per hour.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for News/Media or Digital Platforms and Ventures business segments.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop and execute effective talent strategies.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Provide market insights and interview guidance to stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruit across diverse roles including editorial, production, engineering, product, and corporate functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Proven experience in media, publishing, digital platforms, or technology sectors.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and using ATS platforms.
  • Ability to influence and consult with senior business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
