TL;DR

Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving sales growth and managing a portfolio of commercial accounts in the Benelux region with an accent on SaaS security solutions and channel partnership development. Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Remote/Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of focus accounts, balancing new business hunting with existing customer growth.
  • Establish influential relationships with executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO) in organizations up to 2,500 users.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts.
  • Partner with the channel ecosystem to gain access to new accounts and expand market footprint.
  • Execute account strategies and plans while maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline progression.
  • Promote the full hirify.global platform value proposition to become a trusted advisor to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (required) and excellent English language skills.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets in the technology sector.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to SME and Mid-Enterprise markets in the Benelux region.
  • Ability to close complex opportunities in the range of $100k+.
  • Experience with formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on executive-level value selling.
