What you will do
- Own and maintain the contract schedule for the entire client base, tracking key dates and actions.
- Lead contract renewal coordination, collaborating with Finance on billing and Sales on scope.
- Organize and prepare materials for annual client reviews, ensuring follow-ups are completed.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding operational and commercial inquiries.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide visibility into pipeline and account status.
- Support new business activities, including research, lead tracking, and proposal preparation.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Gateshead.
- Proven experience in commercial operations, account management support, or sales coordination.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of contracts and renewal terms.
