Sales Coordinator (Open Access)

TL;DR

Sales Coordinator (Open Access): Implementation of Open Access agreements and customer data management with an accent on report generation, CRM administration, and stakeholder collaboration. Location: Must be based within a commutable distance of the Milton Park office (UK) with a minimum of 3 days per week in-person attendance.

What you will do

• Gather customer and publication data from internal systems to generate analysis reports.
• Support the sales team with proposals, management reports, and CRM (Salesforce) data entry.
• Facilitate the setup and launch of global Open Access agreements.
• Resolve customer queries and troubleshoot issues via Salesforce.
• Manage and improve customer workflows and conduct business user testing.
• Provide training and coaching to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Requirements

• Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Understanding of Open Access publishing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with an analytical mindset.
• Confident in training others and working independently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
