What you will do

• Represent user needs and translate ambiguous business problems into clear, outcome-focused delivery goals.
• Proactively manage a complex, multi-stream product backlog aligned to business priorities and OKRs.
• Facilitate workshops to define requirements, assess value, and establish robust acceptance criteria.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable effective collaboration and fast feedback loops.
• Champion product vision to engage and motivate the delivery team, fostering ownership and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of services and applications, incorporating user feedback to enhance adoption and scalability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Proven success in delivering complex change initiatives within environments characterized by high uncertainty.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases and understand ROI.
• Deep understanding of agile principles and experience working in lean, fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated ability to track success through OKRs and measure customer satisfaction and outcome achievement.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Certified Agile Product Owner.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Lucid Chart.
• Experience working with emerging technologies, including AI.
• Background in the Insurance or Reinsurance industry.
