What you will do

• Develop and communicate a 6-month rolling product roadmap aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Maintain a 3-month prioritized story backlog with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Lead discovery sessions with UX, data, and operational teams to assess feasibility and value.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX colleagues to ensure high-quality, compliant, and accessible digital changes.
• Use performance analytics and research to identify improvement opportunities and inform prioritization.
• Contribute to governance and risk processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory expectations like Consumer Duty.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or able to work from the Stirling office.
• Experience in digital delivery or change management, preferably within financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, servicing journeys, and user-centered design.
• Proven ability to manage a product backlog and support roadmap planning.
• Skilled at articulating value and collaborating across diverse teams including risk and compliance.
