TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London or Nottingham, UK (Hybrid role with travel to other sites required).

What you will do
- Own the full product journey from discovery and ideation through to delivery.
- Shape intelligent, adaptive products and agents that evolve through user data.
- Prioritize team focus to address meaningful customer challenges and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI specialists and engineering teams to craft intuitive solutions.
- Use data and insights to measure success and continuously refine product performance.
- Champion product vision and strategy to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from London or Nottingham, UK.
- Around 3 years of experience in product management within agile environments.
- Practical experience applying AI to solve real-world problems, including agentic or autonomous systems.
- Strong understanding of the AI Product Development Lifecycle and responsible AI governance.
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to guide product decisions.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI and engineering.
Nice to have
- Exposure to energy, utilities, or similarly complex regulated industries.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and live model testing.
- Passion for inclusive design and community-driven product development.
