What you will do

• Own the full product journey from discovery and ideation through to delivery.
• Shape intelligent, adaptive products and agents that evolve through user data.
• Prioritize team focus to address meaningful customer challenges and market opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI specialists and engineering teams to craft intuitive solutions.
• Use data and insights to measure success and continuously refine product performance.
• Champion product vision and strategy to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London or Nottingham, UK.
• Around 3 years of experience in product management within agile environments.
• Practical experience applying AI to solve real-world problems, including agentic or autonomous systems.
• Strong understanding of the AI Product Development Lifecycle and responsible AI governance.
• Proven ability to use data and analytics to guide product decisions.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI and engineering.

Nice to have

• Exposure to energy, utilities, or similarly complex regulated industries.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and live model testing.
• Passion for inclusive design and community-driven product development.
