What you will do

• Own the team backlog and translate product roadmaps into actionable user stories and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional Agile delivery teams through SAFe and Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize high-value features and manage expectations.
• Define and refine delivery roadmaps while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and SOPs.
• Coach and provide functional leadership to other Product Owners within the group.
• Analyze business processes and user journeys to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of the Medical Imaging domain, including modalities, endpoints, and read criteria.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe), and UML.
• Fluent English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and cloud-native technologies.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency in process modeling using BPMN.
