What you will do
- Develop and drive the North America Consumer Replacement Sales strategy focused on profitable growth and competitive advantage across all channels.
- Lead the Consumer Replacement Sales team to deliver business growth objectives and cost-effective customer solutions that drive company growth and EBIT.
- Own delivery of financial results (P&L) for the Consumer Replacement Sales organization in North America.
- Build multi-year customer account plans/strategies to capture growth and profit opportunities while managing Goodyear performance.
- Ensure distribution strategy supports Goodyear financial objectives and channel needs; create forward-looking strategies to improve profitability and drive growth.
- Align support functions to deliver end-to-end customer solutions and provide coaching, development, and leadership to consumer sales leaders.
Requirements
- 15+ years of senior sales leadership experience with deep understanding of the automotive industry and multi-country business operations.
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles accountable for strategy development and execution.
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
- Experience managing a P&L as part of business leadership.
- Proven track record building and leading high-performing sales teams.
