What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for car dealer customers to manage day-to-day relationships.
- Develop and execute category business plans covering assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
- Identify strategic opportunities to drive profitable growth in pricing, supply, and key product lines.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Finance, and Analytics.
- Partner with vehicle manufacturer field teams and local distributors to align initiatives.
- Provide performance reporting and support training for dealership associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Professional experience in customer development, customer support, or sales.
- Experience working across multiple channels and functional areas.
- Must be based in Tennessee.
