What you will do
- Drive commercial performance and deliver sales targets including SOM, volume, price, mix, and EBIT.
- Operationalize PBU strategy and develop specific customer and market action plans.
- Lead, mentor, and build capabilities for regional sales directors and the fleet organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients and industry stakeholders to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with global product, marketing, and digital teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions, and regulatory factors within the region.
Requirements
- 15+ years of senior sales leadership experience in the Latin America region.
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry and multi-country business operations.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in building high-performance teams and delivering financial results.
