What you will do

  • Execute RTM sales strategies to meet defined revenue targets and sales goals.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase market penetration and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Provide product training and technical support to channel partners to ensure effective sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align strategies and execute promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, channel management, or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and competitor monitoring.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with partners.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for customer support.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Ningbo, China.
