What you will do
- Develop and implement medium- to long-term business growth strategies aligned with OEM strategic plans.
- Lead organizational development for the Latin America OE sales team, focusing on talent strengthening and succession planning.
- Act as the lead negotiator for all OEM contracts, including tire specifications, pricing, and volume targets.
- Manage new platform introductions through cross-functional PMO and stage-gate processes.
- Partner with Latin America replacement tire teams to streamline processes and resource integration.
- Define and implement strategic plans to support capacity and capability investments to meet market demand.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive parts or tire industry.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales business negotiation roles.
- Minimum 5 years of concurrent experience in project management and budget/expense management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Proven ability to lead global negotiations with top-tier OEMs.
