What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of mobile engineers to foster growth and high performance.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of mobile solutions from planning through release.
• Provide technical leadership in mobile architecture, engineering standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate work priorities to ensure effective execution and predictable delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data teams to align on roadmaps.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management within the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development, including mobile technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership or people management role.
• Proven experience delivering mobile applications at scale (Android and/or iOS).
• Hands-on background with Kotlin/Jetpack Compose or Swift/SwiftUI or cross-platform frameworks.
• Very good command of English (B2+/fluent).
• Must be based in Poland (B2B contract).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of mobile release processes and app store compliance.
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
• Familiarity with observability tools and mobile performance optimization.
